How can you use someone else's PowerPoint to train?? That is NOT training. It seems to me that you have not even done a training needs analysis of what exactly is required. So neither you nor any member here knows what the training requirement is.
I suggest your first step is to do the TNA, establish the training requirements for YOUR group of people, and then develop the training course you need to deliver to meet those requirements. Training DOES NOT consist of just reading out words on a PowerPoint slide. Trainees can read those slides in their own time without your help.
If you are not a qualified trainer with the ability to develop proper training courses for your people, then I respectfully suggest you engage someone who is. School teachers, of all people, need proper training if they are to adequately help and prepare the next generation to take their place in the world.
