Dear Ms. Susheela,

Please find attached the exact salary statement with different salary levels. You can also download the same and continue to use it for future reference. Please note the following:

1. Basic and DA should be as per the Minimum Wages notification.
2. If the salary is more, then the formula can remain as it is in the sheet.
3. You should update the salary details in the Master Sheet.
4. For OT calculation, if your company is paying a single rate, then remove the *2 part.
5. Do not delete any formulas.

For any further clarifications, you may contact me at 9481847810 - Bangalore.

Regards,
RK

Dear Harji,

The provident fund contribution is not applicable to overtime wages, and the same will not be deducted from the salary of the employees, whether it is being paid as single or double.

Hi,

Please find below the following calculations for CTC:

1. 13.61% PF Contribution on Basic and DA
2. 8.33% of Basic and DA as Bonus
3. 4.81% of Basic and DA as Gratuity
4. 4.75% of Gross as ESI (if fixed gross salary is below 15K)
5. Performance incentives, Target incentives if any.

Clubbing all the above with Gross Salary is considered as CTC.
