Dear friends,

I am not sure whether Rakesh Panja's requirement is limited only to storing the particulars of employees, such as personal records, leave accounts, etc., or includes all other related aspects like payroll, PF, ESI, TDS, etc.

However, having undergone some experience in employees' payroll, it is advisable not to opt for exclusive software developed with obscure operating systems and platforms/languages, especially those requiring a source code or key. In-house solutions created with external expertise often lead to issues during processing, alterations, migration, updates, etc. It would be wise to utilize commonly used software for which several consultants are readily available nearby, capable of providing swift updates. This approach will help avoid sleepless nights. TALLY software offers these applications, including accounting features, which can be explored after conducting a demo test.
