But something I would like to know from you: Is this a task you have to perform individually? I mean, you don't have relevant experience, but you were asked to perform as you mentioned above. Are you currently the senior in your department or are you going to perform individually? Framing organization policies is not a simple or small task; it requires good experience and knowledge that you don't have.
