It's not a role play; I thought of a game which we were playing in our school days. It may be used for communication skill enhancement.
I'll name it as: "Very Filmy"
Team of 8-10 employees (2 Writers) = 10-12 Employees
Content:
1) Make up a story in English (preferred language).
2) Genres included: Action, Horror, Comedy, Romance, Suspense, etc.
3) Story Time: 5-6 Minutes.
Note: More rules can be implemented based on the conditions.
Rule: 1 employee → 1 line; Can speak after 4 attendees (if he/she has to include more).
The first series will be done in serial order and then at random; so that everyone will get at least a chance.
(It's a type of group discussion; but once you speak, no one can judge your point, and others must continue the story.)
The aim is to come up with a very "creative" and, of course, funny story. This activity emphasizes the importance of listening and group communication.
