Hi everyone,
I do have a concern that I am not able to sort out myself. I would like to know your views.
My present company is a proprietorship company owned by a single owner. The number of employees is at max 15, not more than that. This is my first-ever company after my education. So, I didn't think much before joining it as I was desperate to get a job. I wasn't aware of these facts at that time too. I mean, who would be?
Anyways, now my question is, suppose I am looking for a job change right now and I am going to join a new, bigger company. So, what are the consequences? Will this create a problem? I will have all the documents. But I want to know from you guys about the situation as you are much more knowledgeable in this fact.
Please let me know what you think.
Thanks in advance,

Dear friend,
Earn and learn. It is not the company; it is the style and function, the care, the ownership, the product... It is the beautiful cycle you can learn. From your mention, it seems your age would be around 21 to 23. Take one full year to learn and move further. Sometimes the company may be small but give you ample substance to learn and make you a great entrepreneur. Again, earn and learn, learn and earn... The cycle is with you. It is not the company; it is you, whether you are small or big.
Best of luck.

Hi,
I have gone through your query. The company size depends on your experience and skill enhancement. Most startup companies provide a friendly working environment to their employees and offer a lot of opportunities to learn on your own, not through spoon-feeding.
What is your actual concern? Is it about being at a startup company and wanting a brand tag in your career? Or not getting enough opportunities to grow your knowledge here? Or not receiving sufficient salary to kickstart your career? Or something else?
If it's about branding, then you should continue here for at least 2 years. In the 1st year, you will be in a learning and experimental phase where the company will have minimal output, but in the 2nd year, you can apply your knowledge and help the employer grow.
If it's about salary, it's just the beginning. You are in the initial phase, and once you grow, you will have enough to sustain your growth. Don't be in a hurry.
If it's about opportunities, in this case, you need to be serious. If you're not getting enough space for that, you may consider moving forward.

Thanks a lot for your responses.
I have received an offer from an MNC but would be on the payroll of a third party. Should I accept it? Is it possible to transition to the company's payroll after a few months, instead of remaining with the third party? Please advise.
Thanks in advance.
