Please advise me. I already have an employment visa in Abu Dhabi, but when I arrived at the airport, they did not let me enter. They said I have a lifetime ban which appeared during my eye scan. How did this happen? My previous company informed me that I only had a 1-year ban, which I have already completed. I obtained my employment visa from a new company after finishing the one-year ban.

Your ex-employer might have imposed a LIFETIME BAN on you. There must be something fishy between you and your ex-employer. Look out for an influential PRO. Talk to your ex-employer about why they imposed such a ban on you. If it is a system error, you need to submit a letter from your ex-employer to justify it.

With profound regards

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user reply contains inaccuracies. The imposition of a lifetime ban is typically related to immigration regulations and not something an ex-employer can directly enforce. It is crucial to consult legal experts or immigration authorities to address this issue effectively.

  • Life ban comes from Immigration not Ministry of Labour so your x Employer’s PRO submitted and for that you need to contact them or Immigration to clear the issue as it was agreed resignation

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The information provided in the user reply is incorrect. The lifetime ban in this case is likely due to immigration issues, not related to the Ministry of Labour or the previous employer's PRO. It is advised to consult immigration authorities for resolution.
