Dear Sir
I would like to ask some questions which is very important to me.
I am working in saudi arab I got an offer from dubai and they send me visa  which is employment due to some reason I was unable to join that company at that time.
After a month I have another offer from another company now I am ready to join but above visa is still valid till 31st October.
So can you please tell me new company can issue new visa after 31st October or not or I am banned.
Kindly please give me clarification on this.
I am waiting for your further response.
Thanks.

Hi Sarwar,

You need to cancel the visa issued in your name first. You need to call the company that issues the visa in your name to cancel it since you can't join them. Additionally, inform the new company about the existing visa so they are aware of the situation. Usually, they will provide the best advice if they have a good connection at their passport office.

Good luck.

Added: Usually once the issued visa expiries, you won’t have any issue. But it better to get the visa issued cancelled and also inform the new company of the new existing visa. Ukmitra

Thank you very much, ma'am.

I am inquiring about the possibility of obtaining a visa from the new company. I noticed a post where you mentioned the option of obtaining a fresh visa after the expiry of the current one on 31.10.15. Could you please confirm if this is indeed possible?

Regards.

Yes, but as mentioned, it is better to get the visa canceled as the company that issued the visa may object to your new visa issuance. Anyways, good luck and pray to God; that's what we all do in GCC. :)
