Actually, we calculate it on the basis of 24 days in a year: 12 paid leave days, 6 sick leave days, and 6 casual leave days. However, it is applicable only to confirmed employees.
Could you please explain how it is applicable to permanent employees? In which scenarios can confirmed employees use these leaves during the year?
