Please note that the relevance and importance of the document remain the same as if they were issued separately. Just ensure that the Date of Joining (DOJ), Last Working Day (LWD), and your Key Result Areas (KRA) are mentioned in it; if they are, it serves the purpose.
I am enclosing one for your reference. The document should be printed on the company's letterhead.
