Dear All,

We have appointed a German lady at the Manager level on a one-year contract. For visa purposes, the embassy is now asking for an offer letter. Although we have already provided a copy of the contract agreement, they are still insisting on an offer letter. Therefore, I kindly request all of you to please send me the offer letter format for contract staff at a very senior level.

I am eagerly awaiting your response as this matter is very urgent.

Thank you in advance.
