I have a job offer means she says that it is confrim but she is not getting me even an offer letter to me. She says that offer is confrim you join as on the date fixed by us.
Kindly advise whether i shd force her to give the same.
As initially she said she will give me a hard copy directly thn she says no we will give u at the time of your joining.
What shall i do.
Also if this job is in a contract basis then wht all are the facilities that i may get. She says PF is applicaable for me.
Can i also get an benefit of leave n all.

Firstly its imp that you have a hard / soft copy of the offer, that you can carry along with you. its not advisable to resign from your current job without having any offer.
As a contract employee, leave pattern of your contracted company is applicable to you, this is the general practice. Please confirm with her about the benefits you get and leaves applicable to you.

Most of the benefits shall be mentioned in the offer letter i.e. your salary package, benefits, T.A. etc....
Regarding leaves, it depends on the company leave policy.
Most of the companies have leave benefits for their employees no matter whether they are on contract, training, probabtion.
But one thing I need to tell you is Leave is not a matter of right, it is the sole decision of the company.

Hi,
Actually i had given a resignation already, b4 getting this job only. But soon i got this job. Initially she said u will give me by next week. I said just get me a soft copy. If the person is not giving u the offer letter first and asking you to join the company u just go and attend for 3-4 days mean while also if u don't get the offer letter its just time waste to continue there but remember that don't resign the current job untill & unless get confirmed in that company.

If I am not wrong Mr. Raghav has Partially answered your question by highlighting the fact that there are many candidates who collect the offer letter and go around hunting for jobs to compare the offers received from competitor companies who may in the same line of business.
Extending a offer can be done on the joining date also and you also have to sign a contract with the company, may be that is one of the reasons why some recruiters are protective about their company interests.
However I personally feel that this is a BAD HR PRACTICE to make a selected candidate run around for a offer letter.
I would advise you to politely request the HR of the company to issue you a LETTER OF INTENT atleast at this point of time so that you feel assured that the HR concerned will issue you the offer letter on the joining date.
Most companies issue offer letter prior to the joining date so that they do not lose a selected candidate.
The more you panic with the HR concerned to issue you a offer letter prior to joining date , it might create an impression that you do not trust the company.
However the HR concerned can issue you a letter of intent without compensation details if they really need you to join the company. If they do not issue even a letter of intent then there is a cause for concern.
Please keep your options open if they do not issue a LETTER OF INTENT.
Attend interviews at stable companies who would issue you a offer letter in case there is still adequate time before the actual date of joining in order to protect your interest and kindly do not mention to the other companies that u r attending their interviews because this company is not issuing you an offer letter.
