(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The information provided in the user reply is incorrect. When filling out the EPF arrears details, the values should be calculated based on the specific arrears owed to the employee and the corresponding employer and employee shares. It's essential to accurately calculate these amounts based on the arrears period and relevant calculations per the EPF rules.

  • HI Kusum.
If there is any arrears of EPF wages either from EE or ER from previous months you should mention. In normal cases there will be nil. But in certain cases if there is any arrears you should mention.

  • Dear Mr. jeevanathan
Following are the mistakes committed by me:
    1. i didn't removed the first line which contains the headings ex- member id
    2. the dates i entered in dd-mm-yy format
    3. the member id 's i wrote them with establishment id ex- 2451601
    but it should be 1
    4. i converted .csv file directly into .txt file instead of copying the same matter to new .txt file and saving it.
    regards,

  • Hi Asmita
Thats good. Finally everything is fine. So no problems from next time onwards..
Regarding ESI I feel no need to file half yearly returns. I you feel to file returns then you shall file just online. Coz few places they are not accepting manual returns.

  • HI Rao There is some problems with that Excel Sheet Can you find all the number are 0 in last 2 rows. Y this 0? If resigned then what is the date of resignation?

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user reply contains inaccuracies. The Excel sheet's issue of all numbers being 0 in the last 2 rows is likely a formatting or data entry error, not a resignation indication. Supreme Court rulings are not directly applicable here.
