Dear Surya,
Kindly don't advise anyone to go with what you say about Azad visa to the Middle East. I have been working in the Gulf for the past year, and it is difficult to come here and search for a job. You won't believe that people come here to work in unrelated fields. I have met one person from Chennai who is working in a small shop as a helper despite being a postgraduate with an MBA in HR. So, without knowing all the details, please refrain from making such posts.

Sendil,
I have worked with the HR department in Zamil Group. Only a small chunk of people working for big companies get decent salaries and benefits. A sizeable portion of the Middle East economy runs on Azad visas. This includes people from Bangladesh, Pakistan, Egypt, Jordan, Kerala, etc. It's a reality out there. People are okay with a salary of 600 riyals, i.e., 7000, because they can do odd jobs, stay in shared accommodations, and survive.

Hello Great Surya,
But now, they have restricted the visas due to local unemployment. I am currently working with the Landmark Group in HR. However, what you stated is that people do not have any educational qualifications. Anyway, thank you for sharing. May I know where exactly you worked for Zamil?
