I have joined a company that has just started. There is no HR policy, payroll process, medical insurance, salary account, or fitment, and I have to take charge of all these things. Can anyone please help in this regard? If you can attach samples of each of the above-mentioned things, it would be of great help. It's urgent.

Request from my seniors: What is the scope of the welfare officers in the company where the employee count exceeds 500? What would be the practical steps in the performance management system, and what do we need to include in the system? What is the skill matrix and competency matrix? Skill matrix vs. competency matrix.

Dear Ramesh, 60% or more of your gross salary. Normally it should be exceeding the minimum wages for that profession / designation.

My scale pay is 16500/-
Basic 40% is 6600/-
HRA 40% of basic is 2640/-
DA 40% of basic is 2640/-
Medical allowance is 1250/-
CCA is 825/-
Other allowances total 2545/-

Is that ok?

I have a doubt about what is exempted from PF, HRA or DA?
