Dear All,

I work for an IT company which has an employee strength of 150. Kindly suggest how often we should conduct an Employee Feedback Program. Should we keep it anonymous or get complete details of the individual providing feedback? Please help. Also, if you can share a good Employee Feedback Survey, it will be of great help.

Hi there,

You need to complete the survey every two years. At least give yourself one year and six months to implement changes based on the findings of your report. For a positive and honest contribution, it is better to keep it anonymous. You will need to provide your job title, gender, and age.

For example, whether the survey should be anonymous or not depends on your objectives. One approach is to make providing personal information optional. If staff members wish to offer suggestions for improvement and seek recognition, they may choose to provide their details.

Make the survey an annual program to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the company and its management. An anonymous type of survey can be most helpful; otherwise, you cannot expect honest opinions from employees if you try to obtain and retain their details. They would definitely avoid sharing their real concerns based on their experiences, fearing revengeful actions by the management in case they provide negative but fair feedback.
