Dear All,

I was recently asked a question in my interview that confused me, as I didn't have a clear understanding of it. Kindly guide me on the following:
What is the difference between survey feedback (OD intervention) and Employee Satisfaction Survey?

Hoping for a quick and concise reply!

Survey Feedback

We can use this method for all feedback from employees. Sometimes we use it to understand the opinions of employees about new policies, etc.

Employee Satisfaction Survey

We use it to gather opinions from employees about everything related to the past. Feedback is utilized for both past and future considerations.

Yes, both are OD tools and interventions. The ESAT survey is meant for understanding the level of satisfaction of employees. Yes, in the past. Whereas, the Survey Feedback Intervention is used for taking feedback from employees after doing a survey.
