The PPT you sent was not up to the mark, especially when it is coming from a trainer. It was a complete waste of time. I think you need to work on your presentation and training skills before you can become a trainer.

The slides are just one part of a trainer's toolkit, and I am confident that Barath's delivery during the actual training sessions is not solely reflected by the slides. While it is true that the slides could benefit from some improvements in terms of graphics and the addition of more pictures (people do love pictures), it would also be beneficial to use fewer words.

Had no motive whatsoever when I commented on Barath's slides. The slides were too wordy and not well-presented. The information given was also very general in nature. Maybe I was too direct in passing comments. However, this is the way Barath will learn...

- The content is good, but the presentation is not up to the mark.
- In your first slide, you have written "firstly" in two points.
- Having worked in corporates for more than 10 years, your content should have been more precise and crisp.
- Connection between the slides is missing. Sometimes, it is like many individual slides attached with one heading.
