Dear (Cite Contribution),

Thank you for your prompt reply. I am planning to enroll in the fellowship program offered by AHRD in association with Middle Earth. I would like to know how knowledgeable and practical this program will be. I thought to check the forum about the same.

Requesting if you have any idea about it, please share. I await your response and those of others.

Regards,
SHWTEA

Greetings,

Please write to Prarthana Alley. She is the program coordinator at AHRD. Put all your questions to her. She is very supportive. Here's her profile at CiteHR. You will be rightly guided if you communicate with the right source. You can apply for the program directly with them for better guidance.

You may see a discussion on the same. <link outdated-removed>

Dear (Cite Contribution),

My mistake, it's not AHRD, it's AHRB (Asian HR Board) fellowship programme in association with Middle Earth Consultant. I have attached their brochure for your reference. Regret again for the confusion. Could you please shed some light on the AHRB Fellowship?

Hi Shweta,

I too have a similar concern. I am also planning to enroll myself in the AHRB program but not sure if it's worth paying Rs. 75,000 for this certification course. I would request all the CiteHR members who have attended their workshops to give us their valuable feedback on their courses.

Hi Shweta,

Thank you, Satpreet. I will await other CiteHR members to revert on it. Also, the fees mentioned to me were ~ 1.80 lacs for a 14-month duration, i.e., for the fellowship program. For the Licentiate program, the fee mentioned is Rs. 75,000/- for a ~ 9-month duration.

After the successful completion of the entire Licentiate program , The final degree is that of the “Licentiate HR Generalist program” or “Licentiate T&D Specialist program” awarded from Asian HR Board (AHRB) and CAMI i.e. Carlton Advanced Management Institute of US; along with the 5 individual CAMI certificates for all the 5 programs.

Dear Shweta,

Are you intending to complete this course for organic and inorganic growth in the corporate sector? I am not sure how far this would be acknowledged for lectureship programs or further research. What about the pedagogy? Generally, the value of research depends immensely on the guides that you may find. An FPM is equivalent to an MPhil, which precedes a Ph.D.

I am looking forward to hearing from Prarthana. She is from the advanced-level and executive education sector. She will have a better view of the future and learning from these courses. This course will require a very high level of engagement and an extensive investment of resources. Hence, we need to confirm how promising it would be for you.
