I learned SAP HR course from Methodex around 5 months ago, and I am preparing for interviews now. Recently, I heard about Mallareddy and iGrowSoft through one of my classmates. I attended free SAP HR classes on real-time implementation and support project environment. I had learned the subject earlier, understanding how to do configuration. However, I didn't know why we had to do it that way. Mallareddy explained each and every concept, delving into why we do things a certain way, the different approaches we can take, the business processes involved, and he actively engaged by asking questions and providing in-depth explanations. He explains every aspect from the core HR business process perspective, SAP configuration, SAP live project point of view, and interview preparation side. His patience and teaching style are truly amazing, which is why people refer to him as a master in the SAP HR area.
I have decided to join the SAP HR course again and have requested Mallareddy to conduct evening classes. However, he mentioned that he can only conduct two classes per day (7 am to 8.30 am and 8.30 am to 10 am) before going to his office. He is a very nice person, dedicated to teaching, and conducts classes on all Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
The institute's lab is satisfactory, but not exceptional. I joined this institute based on the faculty, even though the batch timings are not convenient for me. Currently, they are charging only 12k (a very low fee) compared to other institutes. They plan to increase the fee to 15k from next month onwards because the faculty teaches in-depth subjects and advanced areas.
