You can include the following questions for your project:
1. What is the process of recruitment at XYZ Company?
2. What is the maximum time for a vacant position to be closed?
3. Does the vacant position get closed within the specified timeline?
4. How much time is required for a position to be sanctioned by top management?
5. Is there a recruitment tracker maintained?
6. If yes, then how transparent is it?
7. If no, then what measures have been taken to maintain the tracker?
8. How frequently is it updated and adhered to?
These are sample questions you can include in your project. The rest of the questions go on and so forth....

If you are a student, where are you studying, and for what and in what mode? I am sorry for the long standard message that follows.
Please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organization). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.
