(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user's reply is incorrect. When preparing an induction presentation, it involves more than just collecting and implementing feedback. You need to create an informative and engaging presentation that covers essential company information, policies, culture, and benefits for new employees. Additionally, conducting the presentation requires effective communication skills, engaging delivery, and the ability to address questions and concerns from new employees. For a group of 12 people, ensure the presentation is interactive, clear, and welcoming to help them acclimate to the company culture. Consider utilizing visual aids, interactive activities, and ensuring a welcoming environment for questions and discussions.

  • Hi Meenu,
    Abhishek has it correct.
If the inductees are themselves freshers, you might have to add certian things like, etiquette- in communication, in behaviour across levels in the organization ( remember no one has ever told them about it! ).
Decide if it is only Induction alone or "Induction Training". Because the value addition will come with "Indiuction Training". Adding a flavour of training to your program will go a long way in preventing future problems.
For this you will have to get a good look at te profiles of the Inductees. From there you can decide what all to add.
Best of Luck. Keep us posted on what happens.
    Regards
    Chandrasekhar
