All most all the companies are issuing Offer letters which consist of the date of joining and details of necessary documents and certificates that the new joiner needs to submit at the time of reporting. After verifying your certificates and documents and if they are satisfactory, the company will issue an appointment letter.

Dear All,

A joining letter signifies a letter from the applicant indicating their willingness to accept the job offered by an employer. It may also include an acknowledgment of having received the appointment letter. Even if you have accepted a job over the phone, it's advisable to write a job acceptance letter to confirm the employment details and formally accept the job offer.

Joining letter for me when that one person joins a company, i.e., after getting the Appointment letter. Like that person writes to the company they got the Appointment with. The person will give a letter stating, "Today (the date of joining) I have joined your company in the position of [mention position] and I will adhere to the Terms and Conditions as per the Company." That is the only joining letter; otherwise, there are no issues.

Please ensure there is a single line break between paragraphs for proper formatting.

Dear,

A joining letter will be given to an employee who has cleared all the tests, is fit for the job, and has accepted the salary proposed by the company. It is a mutual agreement given to the employee in which all the roles, responsibilities, regulations, and rules will be mentioned.

Dear All,

A joining letter or offer letter is the employer's offer to a person who has successfully completed the entire recruitment process and has been selected for a job in the organization. The joining letter includes details such as the date, time, venue of joining, terms and conditions, and a description of the salary package (CTC) for the selected position. When joining a position in such an organization, this joining letter is handed over to the employer (Recruiter) as an indication of accepting the job under the specified terms and conditions.

Thanks & Best Regards,
