My employer is not accepting my resignation. I gave the notice period and served the notice period as per my documents. However, he is not willing to provide an acceptance letter or relieving letter even after multiple reminders. Without these documents, I cannot proceed in the next organization. According to him, there is no alternate resource he has if I leave now or in the current lockdown situation. What options do I have?
