Water sprinklers are provided as the firefighting means to a rectifier transformer location at one of the sites in Oman. How many of you think this is correct? If not, please justify the comment. It will be a great help for me.

Dear SSM,
The important thing about any vehicle is whether its 1st line servicing is done or not. The driver is supposed to do the 1st line servicing. Secondly, what about the vehicle's monthly checks and other periodical checks? What is the servicing schedule? Another thing is about mileage. You need to record the mileage also. Lastly, when was the vehicle purchased, and what are the expenses on repairs and maintenance? Is the retention of the vehicle costly? A vehicle is a movable capital equipment, and we have to depreciate its value every year. Now we must ask ourselves whether we are overspending on a depreciated asset. When you say "audit," financial audit surpasses all other points.
Thanks,

Dear Mr. SSM,
I have gone through your TRANSPORT AUDIT FORM, which seems to be a "CHECKLIST," but I am unable to understand its MAJOR PURPOSE OF AUDIT. You have included factors associated with the DRIVER rather than focusing on the COMMERCIALS ASSOCIATED with the VEHICLE, where Mr. Dinesh has provided his inputs. I agree with Mr. Dinesh that the TRANSPORT AUDIT FORM should be correlated with FLEET MANAGEMENT, detailing the VEHICLE HISTORY from the PURCHASE DATE to the CURRENT VEHICLE CONDITION, including all SERVICES PERFORMED at INDIVIDUAL/PERIODICAL LEVELS and the COST INCURRED TO MAINTAIN THE VEHICLE (including replacement of spares).
Please correct me if I am mistaken. I recommend modifying the TRANSPORT AUDIT FORM based on your requirements.
With profound regards,
