Hi all,

I would like to request information on how to remove a company from a blacklist and add it to a whitelist. For instance, suppose ABC Company is currently blacklisted in some businesses, even though it is a genuine company. The management of ABC Company is eager to clear the company from the blacklist. Can anybody please explain the process to achieve this?

Please note that this is urgent.

Thank you.

Hi Babu,

There are some reasons to blacklist companies. For example, if TCS receives a resume from an employee named ABC and selects ABC for a position, but during the address verification process, it is discovered that ABC's listed company location does not match the actual address, TCS may choose to blacklist that company.

Hi Charan,

It shows that you are aware of the basis on which the XYZ company has been blacklisted by the ABC company. If that's the case, then make sure that your HR sends an official email to the HR of that company clarifying the issue. Also, claim that the candidate provided accurate information and the only issue was that he/she was not aware of the recent changes that took place in your company. Additionally, convey that your HR is prepared to provide any necessary clarifications if required over the phone or by calling back on a specified number.

Hope this information is useful to you. Please respond if the issue still persists. It would be beneficial if you could specify the exact issue without mentioning the names of the companies so that our seniors can offer you better advice.
