I have been undergoing Training in my first IT companie since 25 July
Now recently they have dragged me into cheating case in java module though i m innocent they r not ready to accept it
they had threaten me to either confess that i have copied which will result in my graceful termination
otherwise they will send my name to all IT companies for blacklisting me
they took my statement in a plane latter in which i wrote that i haven't copied from anyone
after i gave my statement to them they said that now i will be terminated and they will make sure that i will not get job in any it companies
I m very tensed this is my first I.T compnie
Can they have the power to get me blacklisted me from all I.T compnies ?

Have you been terminated as yet? I suggest you collect all possible hard evidence towards this harassment to use later. I feel you should issue a counter threat if this is still continuing. For this you will have to consult a labour lawyer.

Very true... if you have not done as the allegation imposed. I would suggest that you keep everything in black and white. Write a detailed mail to the superior in your division (VP/MD) mentioning the same. Mark a copy of the same to yourself for further reference. Apart from this try to solve the issue in your favor. The company cannot actually blacklist you with other organizations,however the power of 'word of mouth' cannot be ruled out. The industry is too small and people might know each other, it will be difficult for you to keep justifying every time.

Very good advise from Vibhuti. Fear not if you have done nothing wrong. Take the opportunity to clear your name out of this controversy my putting an emotional mail requesting clarification and clearance of your name from this controversy. If you chose to ignore this now, it will fester and never know when in future this may bite you in the back

Please guide a person in a right direction other than giving abuses to the management/company. As it will effect his career. Try to find out the truth in what he is really saying. Please judge it correctly whether the Management is wrong or the person is wrong. Also think if this person is guilty and what an amount of damage he had done to the company. These all should be calaculated.
I agree with Vibhuti Nagaich its the same what should be followed. Escalate the issue to the Top Management and then resolve the issue. It's very small world...ensure that you come out of the company without any tag.

Dont bother. In case you can lodge your complaint to ASSCHOM & CII.
You current employer cann't Blacklist you, unless you have done so, illegality. The company cann't force you to run on their self created track just to build the mental pressure. Kindly keep all the legal aspects ready with, as you have mention in the post.
Since, You have given in writing, the company need the legal procedure to charge you. They just cann't blacklist you, in any company across the Globe.
If the things fly's from your hand, as I said lodge your complaint along with the legal proff to ASSCHOM & CII. Let your current employer taste's the flavour of truth.
Be Bold and have faith in your self. Nothing can make you down, when ur with clear truth stand.

In my opinion if any company spread victimise the employee's by charactors assassination or wrong allegations without establishing on record the facts or by without giving him reasonable opportunity to defend his case, all these acts are falls under unfair labour practices.
If employer spread false rumors in the job market to damage career prospects of employee then employee can sue the employer in the court of law to claim damages for the period of unemployment due to the fault of employers misdeeds.

If employer spread false rumors in the job market to damage career prospects of employee then employee can sue the employer in the court of law to claim damages for the period of unemployment due to the fault of employers misdeeds.
