Dear Mr. Jain,

The PPT is indeed good. However, I would like you to add the HR perspective to the presentation. In essence, a Needs Analysis is the most crucial aspect for forming an enterprise or becoming a successful entrepreneur. I believe that by creating a flowchart for this process, various conclusions could be drawn. You could then leave it to the reader or the audience to draw their own conclusions.

Cheers!

Hello, Mr. Jain. I am really very sorry if my comments hurt you. I said it in general; don't ever think I am opposed to Hindi. I am still trying to learn because it is a national language. I suggested that you mention in the text that this presentation is available in a Hindi version. This way, others can decide about this presentation. Please think logically and make sense. :)

Hi Friends,

I am starting a new thread. This thread has garnered a lot of attention in my organization recently, although I am not the original poster. I believe it should be shared with all of you.
