Hello,
Season's greetings!
I'm associated with a well-established holidays company in Kerala, India that deals with inbound tourists from the Middle East, and we're very keen on attracting tourists from the West and the US. We've been prolifically doing business, and we have an unquestioned good will in the industry.
Nonetheless, as the company is growing, we need to hire more staff. Thus, we need to frame categorical HR policies, incentive and salary structures, benchmarks, etc.
I was wondering if any HR expert is ready out there to offer their expertise.
Thank you.

(d) Leave Policy
(e) Performance Appraisal Policy
(f) Probation & Confirmation Policy
(g) Training & Development Policy
