First, before carrying out the training, you have to figure out the training needs, which is the most important part. Conduct a survey among the employees so that the training needs could be analyzed. Accordingly, the training could be designed.

Hi Suchi,

Steps involved:

1) Write down the SOP for training.
2) Based on job description, prepare the training requirement plan ensuring inclusion of Induction training, Departmental overview, OJT, and others.
3) Maintain training attendance records.
4) Prepare an objective type questionnaire.
5) Create an evaluation sheet.
6) Collect feedback from trainees to improve the training.

Dear Shreedhar,

Thank you for your reply. I am in the pharmaceutical industry, and my company's name is Elomatic Pharmalab Consulting and Engineering. It is a Pharma Project Design company. Could you please prepare a training and development chart for me? I would be grateful if you could do me this favor. I am eagerly awaiting your positive response.
