hi everyone in hr,
i my self naidu a man power consultant from bangalore, relocated to chennai..... i have my personal experience on field that some(not all) head hr/hr managers expect some kind of benefits(not as money) from a consultant to take there candidates in side there company, in the same way we have thousands of candidates who are willing to pay to get job in any good mnc's even though they have all the quality to get job themselves .......so i started a club only for hr professionals where we take care(by all means) of all our member hr's on weekends in 5 star rated resorts of south india and presently we have more than 240+ member hr's in our club all over india (most of them from bangalore,chennai and hyderabad )
