Today, I am going to discuss something interesting but important too because a small mistake can create a big question mark in a career.
Generally, no "fresher" is the first choice of any company. But every year, almost so many freshers graduate from universities and colleges with the dream of landing a dream job. However, all the obstacles arise due to a lack of awareness about companies (good companies and fake companies).
Many keep trying and eventually land a job without asking the right questions or conducting proper inquiries. They join the company without any next steps in mind. After completion of one month, problems start surfacing regarding:
1. Offer letter
2. Appointment letter
3. Salary
4. Contract job
5. Security deposit
New firms generally aim to grow quickly, but the new employees are often left in confusion about whether to continue or quit. If they quit, what will society think about their short tenure?
There are many questions. For them, I just want to shed light on a few things before joining any organization. Generally, every company offers jobs through a recruitment process. It's a cycle:
1. Check how many years the company has been established.
2. Verify if the company is registered.
3. Confirm the mode of salary payment - cash, cheque, or online.
4. Ensure you have the offer letter before joining.
5. Verify with employees about salary payment.
6. Check if the company follows an organizational structure.
7. Ensure the organization handles all necessary documents.
Before joining any company, remember that in the future, you will need to provide documents like salary slips and experience letters. Pay attention to these things because time is precious. If you waste time and your skills in the wrong organization, it can create a significant gap in your career. Think before you join any organization.
Time never comes back; once wasted, it cannot be recovered.
