As most of us are HR Professionals, so i am sharing a live case study of Organisation Development. In my opinion, OD plays a major role in changing the perception of people about HR. I would love if you share your view on the attached OD intervention.

Thank you, Manav! However, it is easier said than done to solve any problem. Everybody can identify the problem and find the right solution, but implementing it is a different ball game.

So, what does it take to identify the right solution? Winning the sponsorship from the stakeholders affected by the problem to implement the solution and actually implementing it to change the situation?

hi Manav, Thanks for the posting the same, OD is major tool to change the Organisation, talling to other is easier but using the same tool is very difficult, somehow u do a good work.

Hi, I would like to seek a livelier solution to my query. Many managers have raised questions about OD interventions by you. My question is, "Would any organization with a normal team size of HR pay attention to OD interventions practically? If so, please share here."

My question is - WHAT ARE ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT interventions/initiatives and their implementation? I request specific replies that have been practically developed and successfully implemented. Please, I am not expecting bookish topics.

I would be very thankful if anybody could share their live topics/suggestions in detail.
