I want KRA format. Mgmt is going to review KRA and i need Format for that to measure the Performance indicators. Please send it to me. If i am not perfect in idea then send me your views on that or your ideas to get it done.

Dear Pournima,
First of all you need to know the job responsibilities required for that position. Once you arrive, you have to list down atleast 5 KRA's required to fulfill that position. Normally the concerned HOD need to advise on the KRA's of his Department. Suggest you have a detail discussion with the concerned HOD and then communicate the KRA's.
