1) Telephonic conversation
2) Sending an email for the required details
If I were given an option, I would have chosen the telephonic conversation to assess the candidate.

I am working with a medium-sized pharma organization. I am a fresher working with the organization for the last year. I do complete my work, although I lack experience. For example, three days ago, I sent data to our Mumbai office. While I informed them via email, there has been no response. Should I be held responsible for the lack of response?
Secondly, if I fail to report or complete the assigned work, am I eligible for punishment?
