Thank you for your thoughts and contribution. I also thank others who have expressed their views here. Yes, as a Super Moderator, I have started to delete messages which are repeated. However, sometimes, we may allow posting of some ppt presentations which have appeared before; the reason for this is some of the attachments in old messages are not accessible, at times.
I have been trying to curb the practice of seeking help without doing any prior search. I hope others do it too.
