The salary breakup would depend on your company's policy. There is no fixed formula for the components of the salary. The new Wage & Salary Code has not yet come into vogue wherein 50% of the salary invariably has to be Basic Pay. Many companies only offer consolidated pay, which remains fixed for a sufficiently long duration. You may consult senior employees or talk to HR for clarity on this.
