Hello friends,

Is it mandatory for the company to provide PF and ESIC facilities to an employee from the first month? Sometimes, most employees leave the organization within 2 months or 1 month. In that case, does it become unnecessary to involve in such formalities? Can a company start PF and ESIC facilities after 3 months for the probation period, after their confirmation, or consistency in the job?
