Have you got process flow charts for the various operations? If so, can you share them with me/us? I am an ex Productivity Services Manager and can guide you.
I took a quick look at https://www.managedfunds.org/wp-cont...Structured.pdf and I wonder how time and motion studies can be applied to such a process!!! However, if you are looking at clerical staff and their activities, you may be able to apply.
