I am basically from Bangalore, and I have joined the company in Kerala on 10.02.2020. According to the offer letter, I am directly reporting to the MD of the hospital. Due to the lockdown, I got stuck in Kerala for more than 3 1/2 months, and re-engineered the overall process flow of the hospital, conducted gap analysis, and streamlined the departmental implementations and reporting structures until 12.06.2020.
The GM of the company helped me in obtaining the emergency E-Pass in coordination with the collector's office. It clearly mentioned the purpose of the visit: Family visit with a departure from Kerala on 13.06.2020 and a return on 20.06.2020. On the evening of 12.06.2020, I informed the Chief Medical Director in person and the MD over the phone that I wouldn't be available. Both mentioned that they would stay in touch over the phone. I submitted a leave application to the AGM to seek approval from the MD, and the E-Pass was sent to him and the GM as a supporting document for the leave application.
Until the evening of 18.06.2020, I was receiving daily updates from the branches and department heads and responding to messages and calls.
At 08.32 pm on 18.06.2020, I received a call from the GM stating that due to the pandemic situation, the company had decided not to continue my employment. Around 10.30 pm, I was removed from the entire official WhatsApp group.
On 19.06.2020, I received an email from HR with a scanned relieving letter signed by the GM, stating that I had been relieved from the company from 13.06.2020.
For February, the payroll was calculated from 27th Jan to 26th Feb, and payment was processed accordingly. HRA and TA were paid on 10th May 2020.
For the month of March, the calculation was from 1st March to 31st March. They requested a contribution from the salary and agreed to deduct Rs. 10,000. Later, we renegotiated to reduce the salary by Rs. 15,000 considering the pandemic situation and the commitment made by the GM and MD during the interview for a long association. However, the MD later confirmed that there would be no deduction.
Without my consent, they deducted 25% of the salary for April and the salary equivalent to 4 Sundays for May.
I am requesting the management to reimburse all the deductions, pay the full salary for June, and provide the salary for July as per the offer letter.
I am not receiving any response. How should I proceed further? Thanks in Advance.

It is unfortunate to reduce a salary, especially during a situation like this. I believe your position is managerial. As such, recovering the amounts as per your contract of employment is a tough job involving a civil suit. To start with, please seek the advice of an advocate and send a notice to the MD to pay the amounts, warning that failure to pay would lead to filing a case against him for breach of contract.
