I am not clear about your role in the office, but I would like to respond to some of the following points in your question. In my view, your MD may want to receive your work report as you have been working in the office for the last three months. He may wish to know your feedback about the office.

3. Challenges you have faced
4. Your accomplishments
5. Your observations and possible solutions
6. Your suggestions for improvements in business operations

As an HR Executive, you are supposed to ensure:
1) Recruitment as per the required demand for personnel.
2) Attendance management of existing personnel.
3) Ensure regular feedback on manpower exits and recruitment on a daily basis as it is a security company.
4) Ensure Field Officers' reporting and performance management.
5) Schedule training at clients' places and at the training center if any.
6) Schedule payment payrolls and advances to be paid, if any, for account clearances, etc.
7) If required, compile reports for operations feedback for clients and send them.
There are many more activities. Please read your job descriptions before formulating a standard general feedback form.
