In my organization, my employees have been working for one year. During this period, some employees have not taken any leaves. Now, they want to go home as they belong to other states. They are requesting to take more than one month off. In this regard, I would like to know how many leaves I can approve at a time. Additionally, which types of leaves can be combined with Paid Leave (PL), and which types of leaves cannot be combined. Kindly provide me with this information.

Are you asking how many days CAN be given or REQUIRED to be given under law ?
There is no maximum specified under law or any rule that says employer can’t give a better deal. How long they are required to give (min, not max) is given in the law
