I am working in a private BPO at the manager level for the last 18 months (I have a team of 45 people under me). Now, the company has informed us that the process is being ramped down and has asked all of us to leave the job. The last working day would be 27th Oct 2016. This notice comes 12 days before intimation without any written confirmation. Today is the 15th of Oct, and we have not yet received the salary for Sep '16 (the salary date is 10th to 15th every month). We have been continuously asking HR, but they are saying they can't do anything.
My questions are below:
If we do not receive the last month's salary, what should we do?
In this scenario, shouldn't the company provide compensation instead of asking us to leave?
They mentioned that the October month's salary will be released after 45-60 days as Full and Final settlement. Why should we have to suffer?
I request you to please suggest further actions.

Do not submit resignation. If salary is not paid, then make a complaint to the Labour officer in the Labour department and the social security officer in the PF department, requesting them to get pending wages and PF contributions from the employer. Please ask the social security officer in the PF department to verify your salary details and employment status as of the current date through the monthly reports submitted by the employer. This can also be done on their web portal too.
