Hi, Can anyone please guide me of the due diligence and compliance required in case of payroll migration (+ PF, Gratuity) from company X to company Y? (2 legal entities but 1 brand)

Better ensure all the necessary compliances such as documentation, contributions, remittances & returns are there, do proper audit for each entity.

Have proper backup & ask the new vendor if migrating from one vendor to another to do DD & let the new vendor also give it in written as any gaps shall lie on new vendor scope
