To establish a uniform system in all Teoco offices in India, we are implementing some changes in the Canteen system at the Gurgaon office, effective from June 1st, 2016. The changes will be as follows:
- A tuck shop will be introduced in the cafeteria to offer you more food options, but at actual prices.
- Free snacks will be available for night shift employees only, between 10 pm and 6 am.
- Free dinner will be provided to night shift employees exclusively; afternoon shift employees must purchase a coupon at the reception before 4 pm to order dinner for the same day.

I have one suggestion. Avoid the use of unnecessary capital letters in the middle of a sentence. The use of a capital letter is restricted to proper nouns and at the beginning of a sentence only. For example, "Free snacks and free dinner will be provided to the night shift people who work between 10 pm and 6 am." would be the correct construction.
