Rashmi M Patil - None. Skills and aptitude are far more important than the brand of a school, college, or university. Distance learning holds no value in relation to the job hunt effort, nor does it allow you to ask for a raise or be considered for a role outside of your current domain.
On a practical note, it's better to invest in a full-time MBA to take advantage of the alumni/peer group network than to waste time on a part-time MBA program.

Both options are not good. First, ICFAI is not authorized to offer courses in distance mode, and the overall quality of education is poor. Symbiosis is not a university and does not offer an MBA; the programs are offered through SCDL and are just diplomas. Instead, you may consider the following institutes:
- BITS Pilani MBA (Work Integrated Learning Programme): It does not have UGC DEB and AICTE approval, but the course contents are very good. It is a good option if you are not looking to pursue government jobs, including teaching. However, it is a bit costly.
- Another option is Pondicherry University, which is cost-effective, available online, and reputable as it is a central university.
You may also explore Bharati Vidyapeeth or D Y Patil.
When it comes to MBA, it is advisable to choose an executive or part-time MBA from a reputable institute over distance education.

DE MBA is not valued much in India due to mindset. ICFAI's full-time courses are very good, especially if pursued from IBS, which is ICFAI Business School. Distance education courses have a lot of gaps. Symbiosis' courseware is good. If you are running short of time, then distance education makes sense. You can also explore WeSchool, SIES, NMIMS, SP Jain, ITM in Mumbai. Batchmates offer a lot of learning opportunities as well.
