Hello,
I transferred the PF amount from my past company's PF A/C to my present company's PF A/C. The PF amount that has been transferred to my current PF account includes the Employee Share and Employer Share but not the Pension Fund.
Could you please suggest how I can transfer/withdraw the Pension Fund amount?

Dear Ketan Gada,
You have already used Form 13 for the transfer of PF. Normally, EPFO will prepare Annexure 'K' on both PF and pension. However, kindly contact the Regional PF Commissioner's Office in this regard. If the transfer of the pension has not taken place, it will be better to apply for a scheme certificate by using Form 10C.

Hi Abbas,
Can you please let me know if the transferred pension is reflected in the passbook? I just want to confirm if the pension transfer has been processed.
Thank you

Pension funds are not transferred. Rather, pension service is transferred through Annexure K. To determine whether your pension service has been transferred, simply write a letter to the RPFC. They will reply with the details.

For the transfer of PF/EPS funds, you have to submit the PF Claim Form to your present employer. The present employer will then send this form to your previous employer after attestation.
There are 02 conditions in this case:
1- If your previous establishment has its own PF trust, then you have to send 02 original copies of Form-13. One copy of Form-13 will be kept in the Trust PF Records, and the Trust will send a cheque to your current EPFO Office directly to transfer the PF amount to your present PF account. The second copy of Form-13 will be forwarded to their EPF Office with their attestation for the transfer of your Pension Fund Accumulation to your present EPS account.
2- If your previous establishment is an Un-exempted establishment, you only need to send 01 copy of Form-13. Your previous employer will forward your Form-13 to their PF office with a request to transfer both EPF and EPS accumulations to your present EPF and EPS accounts.
If you have not received your Pension Fund, you have to write a letter to the PF office with intimation to your previous employer. You can also lodge a grievance by clicking on this link [Home Page](http://www.epfigms.gov.in/)
