Dear Friends,
I worked in a PSU for 7.5years and then worked in an IT company in mumbai for 9 months and presently working in another IT company since 3 years.
I've applied for PF trnasfer in the present company through form 13.
I got the information that my PF (IT company in Mumbai) got transferred to present PF, but since there is no amount in my first PSU, it was not transferred.
Now, what will happen to my pension fund?
IT company in mumbai informed me that the same also get transferred to the present PF office.
PSU company informed me to take scheme certificate from PF office for the service done there.
please advise me......
thanks,
satish kumar

Dear Satish Kumar,
You have worked for 7.5 years in a PSU & now there is no amount to transfer?!. That means you might have withdrawn that amount either in service or after comletion of service. Then check whether you have withdrawn EPS benefit also. If not, you may apply for either scheme certificate or transfer of EPS.

Dear Satish Kumar,
Please fill Form 13 with full past history and submit it to the concerned Offices of Regional PF Commissioner through your present employer. The PF Offices will prepare Annexure K on the previous details and intimate to present Regional PF Office.
