Day-1- On the Day of Joining:
Reporting Time: 10:15 AM
Place:
Activities:
- Submission of Documents
- Introduction of the Company(History/Vision / Mission)
- Work Schedules/Office Timings
- Attendance System
- List of Offices
- Introduction .....etc.
Day-2 – Reporting to Corporate Office
Presentation & Briefing by Head of the Concerned Deptt.
Day – 3 – office of posting

I apologize for the delayed response as I missed your post. The schedule you have created is good. I would suggest adding a session on the company's product and how it is marketed (if you have not already incorporated this). Additionally, there should be one sales visit for non-sales staff with both B2B and B2C customers, and at least three sales visits for those in the sales function. Sales personnel should also allocate some time to understanding internal operational processes.
Following these activities, the employee can report to their assigned office. I hope you find these suggestions helpful.
