Dear All,

I have been working as a PR Manager, Marketing Manager, and finally as a General Manager with different clubs, hotels, and restaurants. I have around 10 years of experience. Now, I want to take my first bold steps by starting my freelance hospitality training venture.

I am unsure if it is compulsory to have my own company name or if I can simply start on my own by visiting hotels and convincing them of how I can effectively train their staff. Can anyone help me with how and where I should start this new venture? This is a significant step for me, so any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Additionally, do I need to have any contracts that will help ensure I receive my fees at the end of the training? I have attached my resume for your reference, so please review it and let me know if this is the right goal for me at this point.

Furthermore, I am uncertain about how much I should charge for my services. You can reach me at mj.sailing@gmail.com.

Thank you in advance, and God bless you.

Dear Minerva Jain,

Check my following reply to a similar query earlier. It is not exactly for hospitality training as such but common to all businesses. It will be useful to you: Click here for the reply.

Click the following link. It is one of the best marketing plans I have come across: Strategic Marketing Plan.
